Revenue, expenses, ownership information, valuation inputs, practice characteristics, succession objectives, continuity information, planning assumptions, and transaction details you enter into the platform.

User Content

Generated documents, uploaded materials, notes, saved plans, form responses, and prompts you submit to platform features.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Sullivan Pearl does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Payment data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy and security standards.

Technical Information

IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, diagnostic information, security logs, and session data collected through cookies or similar technologies used for authentication and platform operation.

Communications

Support requests, emails, feedback, and beta-testing comments you send to us.

2. How Information Is Used

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the platform
• Authenticate accounts and manage sessions
• Save your work and deliver requested documents and analysis
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support and respond to requests
• Communicate service updates and account notices

We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

3. AI and Automated Processing

Certain features use artificial intelligence to organize information, generate drafts, explain concepts, or produce analytical outputs. Information submitted to AI-powered features may be processed by third-party AI service providers to generate the requested outputs.

• AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your situation.
• Users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information to AI-powered features.
• Provider handling is governed by the applicable vendor arrangements and settings in effect at the time of processing.

4. How Information Is Shared

We share information with service providers that support platform operations, including hosting infrastructure, database and authentication services (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, AI processing, technical support, and security monitoring. These providers process information only as needed to deliver services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights or safety of users or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets or the business.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The platform uses session cookies and authentication tokens necessary for login, account management, and secure platform operation. These are essential to the service and are set by Supabase, the platform's authentication and database provider. Payment processing through Stripe may involve additional cookies governed by Stripe's policies.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page and feature usage, diagnose usability issues, and improve the platform. These nonessential tools do not load until you accept analytics. Clarity form-input masking remains enabled, and we do not intentionally send customer-entered financial values, document content, AI prompts, names, or record identifiers.

You may change your choice at any time. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect essential login, security, account, or payment functionality.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, session-based authentication, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, restricted database access with row-level security policies, and security logging and monitoring.

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information will never occur.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We may also retain information as required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, or in accordance with applicable backup and deletion cycles. We do not guarantee immediate deletion from all backup systems upon a deletion request.

8. User Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your account information by contacting us at hello@sullivanpearl.com. You may also request account closure or information about our privacy practices at the same address.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

9. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under applicable law, which may include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information; receive information about how it is collected and disclosed; and opt out of certain data practices. These rights apply only where the relevant law covers Sullivan Pearl and your particular request.

10. Children's Privacy

Sullivan Pearl is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the platform, please contact us at hello@sullivanpearl.com so we can take appropriate steps.

11. International Users

The platform is operated from the United States. Information you provide may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. If you access the platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. Sullivan Pearl is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

13. Business Transfers

If Sullivan Pearl LLC undergoes a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of all or substantially all of its assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. 14. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted with a revised effective date.
